Gathering Canceled

1 Day Trip To Genting

As stated above, MC want to organise a trip to genting because he'll be leaving by June to Kampar, Ipoh to further his studies. The Genting trip will be a one day trip. Here are the details for the trip :

Date : Wednesday,13th of May 2009

Time : Unconfirmed

Price :
1) Genting package : estimately rm50(including bus fare and theme park)
2) Food and extra budget : estimately rm30
3) Total : estimately around rm80

People that maybe going : Emily, Sook Fong, Vivien, Grace, Justin, Ke Li, MC,TW(me)

If there are any changes or something i've mistakenly typed, please inform me asap so that i could change it. Any further information u need u may me or Mc.

Also, please confirm with me who else is going.

New year eve gathering!

heh, since nobody update any gathering, news or anything, i decided to write a 'report' about the previous gathering here.

I met Grace at sunway pyramid on the afternoon, and we met mc tang after that, waiting for tiam wah to fetch us.
Tiam wah told us that he was still rushing for his assignment before he came to fetch us.

The programs went as how we planned the schedule.
Paint ball was fun and exciting.
Si yong and Vivian didn't join us for dinner.

Dinner was short, most of us spend time chit-chating instead of eating, let's no go to buffet next time since not much of us eating.
After the dinner, we walk to sunway pyramid for count down.
Only few person stay for the count down session, that is Audrey, MC Tang, Tiam Wah, Tiam Wah's gf, Kit Yan, Justin and Emily(me), but then we still having fun chit-chating.

It was 4 months ago since the gathering, hence I cant remember much details about the gathering, here come some photos of the gathering.

Time schedule

I'll be posting the time schedule for the whole event, list of things that should be brought along and transportations.

3.15p.m. :-
We'll meet up at somewhere before going for our paintball match from 4-6p.m.For paintball,please bring your student id card or ic or anything to prove that you are still a student so that you'll only pay for student price.

For clothing it is adviced for you guys to wear jeans+long sleeve shirt (i know its hot..but unless you guys wanna feel the pain,i would advice you to just wear it) .You're also adviced to bring extra 2 pairs of clothing and a tower.


PLEASE DO TAKE NOTE THAT PAINTBALL WILL BE QUITE PAINFUL


6.15-7.15p.m. :-
We'll divide ourselves into few groups and go back to our respective friend's house to take a shower before going dinner. Please bring all necessary things for you ownselves.

7.30p.m. :-
We'll meet up at Yuen's as planned and have our dinner from 8-10p.m.

10-1p.m. :-
We'll gather with those that are celebrating new year's eve. Go back. Those that will stay till late night have to settle own transport.

For now there are 2 cars that are confirm driving which is me and Audrey for the whole event.Those that have transportation problem will meet up 1st before going.

Those that live around Sunway and Sungai Way will meet up at Sunway Pyramid.
Those that live in USJ area, gather at my house or anywhere convenient to all.
Those that live in Subang area, gather at carefour bus stop or anywhere convenience to all.

Those that are gonna ride people's car will be categorized into 4 groups:-

1) whole event
2) only paintball
3) only dinner
4) stay until countdown over

Those which need transportation help please state your name,which area you live, and which category are u in for example: Wee Tiem Wah,USJ,category 1(whole event).

Please inform me asap who needs transportation help so that i can arrange it for you guys by today.
