Gathering on 2008 New Year's Eve Countdown

As you all know (or IF you dont know..),MC and I are gonna organize a gathering during next week which is 31st of Dec a.k.a New Year's Eve. I thought of planning some activities for us to do but i do not know what do you guys think about it. So, here's how it goes:

Afternoon(around 3.30-4) : We'll be having a paintball match with a minimum (hopefully..) of 12 friends. The game will be at Subang Jaya near Holiday Villa so we'll be meeting up 1st before heading there.The game will take estimately 2 hrs so we'll end the game around 6.

Dinner(around 7-8) : After some wash up we'll be going for Yuen's steamboat. Dinner time will be the time we sit down and chit chat amongst ourselves. Hope it'll bring back memories.. i guess it'll take us around 1-2 hrs too??

Countdown (around 11-1) : So after the dinner..of course it is the time for the main event..Countdown!!!We'll be attending the countdown after dinner at Sunway Pyramid,have fun and so on. Those who wan bring their partners are allowed to.

So those are the plans for the gathering..and here would be the price section for the gathering:

For those which are attending whole activity,the price would be as following:
Package A
1) Paintball
-rm35 for starter pack entrance fee
-rm20 for 150 paintballs

2) Yuen's -estimately about rm30

3) Extra budget

Total Cost: Estimately around rm80-rm100

For those only attending paintball,the price would be as following:
Package B
1) Paintball
-rm35for starter pack entrance fee
-rm20 for 150 paintballs

Total Cost: Estimately around rm60-rm70

For those only attending dinner,the price would be as following:
Package C
1) Yuen's -estimately rm30

2) Extra budget

Total Cost: Estimately around rm40-rm50

This are the details for now.I hope you guys can post any comment or ideas in this blog.But please do confirm with me a.s.a.p who are going for which activity(package A or B).

If anyone needs transportation help,contact me after we have settled on how many people are going. For those who can help to drive or are driving (we may need about 4-5 cars..), please contact and inform me so that i could arrange for those people who have no transport.

Please do take note that for those that are carpooling the whole day,we may be charging an extra rm5 for transportation fee per person to the respective driver/friend.

Another notice: Please take note that the paintball event will be held in SUBANG!!not BUKIT JALIL!!
